Holy Aluminum Hemis! Bill Mitchell Products Joins Mopar Connection for 2019

Yup, that’s an honest-to-goodness all-aluminum Hemi block. And it’s available right now.

Since the 1980’s, Bill Mitchell Hardcore Racing Products (BMP) has been supplying the automotive world with hardcore racing products such as race engines, engine parts and radiators. Eventually, the company founded World Products and become a manufacturer of cast iron and aluminum engine blocks and heads.

Around ten years ago, BMP (then called World Products) engineers collaborated with leading Chrysler racers and developed a highly refined version of the original 426 Hemi style block. In 2008, they introduced their aluminum 426H and Wedge engine blocks, designed using CAD/CAM 3D technology not available when the original was developed, and is manufactured to far more critical specifications.

In 2011, Bill Mitchell Jr. assumed full control of BMP and decided to take the company to the next level, acquiring the entire aluminum product line of World Products which included engine blocks, cylinder heads and intake manifolds. With quality as the most important goal, BMP decided to start completely over by changing foundries to more modern and state-of-the-art facilities and also moving to new machining centers. Since then, BMP has been dedicated to offering the absolute finest engine blocks, cylinder heads and intake manifolds available!

We here at Mopar Connection Magazine are very excited to announce our recent partnership with Bill Mitchell Hardcore Racing Products as an advertising sponsor for 2019 and look forward to sharing their awesome products with you.

On Christmas of 1998, Cody's parents gave him a rusty '69 Charger shell that his father saved from a field. Cody's garage still features that '69 Charger as well as the additions of a '70 Coronet, '71 Charger R/T, '71 Road Runner, '04 SRT-4, '06 Grand Cherokee SRT8, '08 Challenger SRT8 and a '17 Ram 1500 Rebel. Cody can truly and proudly say him and his wife are true Mopar nuts in love with all types of Mopars!
