This year’s Pure Stock Muscle Car Drag Race (PSMCDR) has come and gone, but Year One can help get your stock-appearing sleeper ready to go for their 25^th annual race next year.

Jim Keyes’ red ’67 Hemi Coronet R/T is a perennial participant at the PSMCDR. This ride-along video gives you a passenger’s view as the brute burns down the quarter mile in 11.71 seconds, nearly hitting 121 mph. Not bad for a car that looks like it just came off the showroom floor in its unsuspecting red-line skinnies and poverty caps. Jim would know exactly what that looks like since his name is the only one to ever grace the title!
