Feast Your Eyes On The 2015 Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack

2015 Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack

New for Dodge’s 2015 model year is the highly anticipated Charger R/T Scat Pack. This all new bang-for-your-buck performance oriented model replaces what was the SRT Super Bee that we saw in the 2012-2014 Charger lineup. Just like it’s Challenger R/T Scat Pack brother, the Charger R/T Scat Pack features an SRT-powered 6.4-liter HEMI V8 pumping out 485 horsepower and 475 ft-lbs of torque. Backed by Dodge’s flagship TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission with standard included paddle-shifters, the Charger R/T Scat Pack is truly the best example of power, performance, styling and value in Dodge’s performance vehicle line-up.

Standard performance features with the Scat Pack include world-class bright red Brembo four-piston caliper front brakes, 3.09 rear-axle ratio, high-performance suspension, 3-Mode Electronic Stability Control and 20×9 inch wheels wrapped in 245/45ZR20 three-season performance tires. Dodge Performance Pages allow driver control over a full range of vehicle settings, including steering feel, transmission response, stability and traction controls, along with standard launch control.

The Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack proudly wears 392 HEMI fender badges, along with a “Charger” and “R/T” heritage badge on the rear deck lid. It also features an aggressive front fascia, a power-bulge aluminum hood with NACA duct (to improve engine cooling), along with a three-piece spoiler in low-gloss black on the rear. A perfectly sculpted rear fascia and lower valance showcase the Charger’s legendary race track tail lamps and accent the 4-inch round exhaust tips playing the music of the electronically controlled active exhaust system.

Some of the interior cabin features include bolstered cloth performance seats with detailed “Scat Pack” embroidery
(leather with Alcantara seats are an available option), aluminum pedal dress-up, performance steering wheel and a leather wrapped shift knob. For the gadget lovers, there is a Uconnect® 8.4-inch touchscreen display with AM/FM/Sirius XM Radio, Bluetooth and 3-D navigation capability. Sound is provided by six premium speakers powered by a 276-watt amplifier. Other tech gadgets include ParkView rear backup camera, ParkSense rear park assist and a fully configurable 7-inch digital gauge cluster with “Scat Pack” splash graphic.
