Upgrading to a more aggressive cam can really wake up your Gen III Hemi, but the factory camshaft phasers limit how big you can go. A COMP Cams Phase Limiter and Lock Kit fixes that problem by limiting maximum cam phasing to 14 crank degrees and keeping the phaser from moving.
