Hughes Engines Has A Huge “Blow Out” Summer Sale Going On

Hughes Engines is having their Super Summer Clearance Sale with a slew of Dodge, Plymouth, and Chrysler performance parts priced for the pickings. Experts specializing in vintage Mopar big and small blocks, Hughes has long been not just a source of how-to information, but also the parts needed to turn that information into horsepower.

At the time of this writing, some really high-quality go-fast goodies were on the clearance rack with prices to persuade even the tightest of penny pinchers. A set of small block Edelbrock RPM heads with full stage 3 CNC porting are currently listed at $2,750. Hughes put these on a 418 stroker and pumped out 602 HP as proof that they can breathe a bit of air.

High-performance Eagle connecting rods are also marked down. A beefy RB block could benefit from the 6.76” rods which are the OEM length, but made from a forged material for heavy-duty applications or nitrous/boosted engines.

While we don’t know what we’d use them for, the on-sale dyno headers look super cool. With some fat, straight tubes, maybe they’d look right at home on a rail car or hoodless hot rod.

The list goes on and on from stroker kits to pushrods to pistons. But it won’t last forever. Give Hughes Engines a call to confirm availability and get some summer horsepower sent your way.
