CVF Launches New And Improved Website

CVF recently overhauled their whole site to give their customers a better experience in every way. While they continue to expand their product lines, they understand that the experience of the customer when they navigate through their site is just as important. We talked with CVF ’s President & founder Nate French and Duane Birchem about their all new site.

Nate explained, “Whether a customer is on our website, on the phone or visiting with us at a show, we try and build every experience around helping them easily find what they’re looking for and providing helpful information about what will work for their engine based on their preferences. That’s simply part of our quality, performance and customer service focused culture here at CVF.”

When the site went live last week we pulled it up on our smartphone to see what was new. We were floored with how quick the site loaded and then noticed that it was now mobile friendly. Like many of our readers, we do 75% of our internet browsing from our smart phone or tablet. CVF took a lot of pride in making sure their site is compatible across all phone, tablet and computer devices, as well as all operating systems.

“Over 50% of our site visitors are on a mobile device, and that number is going to continue to grow. While purchases by device doesn’t always align with that number, we knew that many prospective customers first experience with our brand is on a mobile device so it’s critical that our site is not only compatible, but enjoyable to use on their mobile device.” While many others companies wouldn’t see a monetary return in investing into a quality mobile site, CVF has made the customer their number one priority.

While looking incredible the layout is so intuitive that you feel as if you have been on the site 1,000 times before. Duane told us, “We wanted to give the consumer a hassle free site that they could find what they want quickly and easily.” They have definitely accomplish that while also increasing the overall speed of the site from before.

The new CVF Part Finder allows you to select your engine make, type and what configuration for your front-accessory drive. After your selection the site will show you every available serpentine and v-belt kit that is available and compatible, along with the engine accessories. If you need a broader search like any thing Mopar related you can type anything into their smart search bar at the top left of their page.

While overhauling the site, CVF wanted to add a place that customers could find helpful content. They have added two new pages, the Blog and Technical Support. The Blog will be updated with all kinds of information from event coverage to articles like The Wise Anodize and technical articles like CVF Kit Comparison Chart. The Blog page is up a running now, the Technical Support page is still being finalized. It will feature instructions for every product, helpful tips on installation, maintenance and much more. It is scheduled to launch this summer.

We are highly impressed with CVF’s new and improved site. It’s the little things like user experience that will go a long way with customers and CVF is ahead of the game. We can’t wait for the Technical Support page to launch later this year and to see what else is in store for us from CVF. Head on over and check the site out now. Shoot Nate and Duane a comment through their Contact Us tab on their site about what you like or don’t like. They want to hear from you, because their ultimate goal is to provide the best product and experience for you.
