Lansdale Auto Group’s All Mopar Show hosted by Michaela Miss Mopar Brass took place on June 26th in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania; a suburb of Philadelphia. After a 2020 cancellation and a 2021 hurricane, the 2022 All Mopar Show was eagerly anticipated by All Mopar Show volunteers, participants, and spectators. The event sets itself apart from other local auto shows as 100% of the funds raised are donated to CARing For Kids, a foundation that purchases new coats for local children in need.
Lansdale Auto Group proudly donates all food and drink so that participants and spectators can enjoy a complimentary All Mopar Menu prepared fresh by Chef Paul of Bell’s Tavern in Lamberville, NJ. The All Mopar Menu items adopt their names from Mopar vehicles and trim levels. Patrons can top their GTX Burger (a bacon cheeseburger with an onion ring on top) with Scat Pack Sriracha mayo for a taste of classic and modern Mopar. HEMI French Fries pair perfectly with Barracuda Ketchup, a match made in Mopar menu heaven.
Gates opened at 8am and by 7:30, the treelined driveway leading to the dealership was lined with rumbling Mopars spanning the decades. The All Mopar Show draws everything from wing cars to pick-up trucks, factory stock vehicles to heavily customized automobiles and perfectly restored award winners to project cars with many awards in their future. Drawing upwards of 250 vehicles, highlights of the 2022 All Mopar Show included a handful of AAR ‘Cuda’s, three Prowlers, two Superbirds, a dozen Hellcats, and more.
All Mopar Show takes pride in drawing participants from several states, this year welcomed a 1970 Plymouth Superbird owned by Walt Clark who made the trip from North Carolina to Pennsylvania. Walt’s Superbird was awarded the “Miss Mopar’s Choice” award. Frank Brass is a third-generation employee of Lansdale Auto Group who earned a “Top Ten Classic” award for his 1962 Chrysler 300. His father bought the car new and shortly before beginning his career at Lansdale Chrysler Plymouth.
Kyle Berkstresser’s inaugural visit to All Mopar Show was celebrated by winning “Best of Show” for his 1967 Dodge Charger powered by a 6.4L HEMI. Rich & Jenni Mastriano celebrated their first car show as a married couple at the All Mopar Show and took home a “Top Ten Classic” award for their 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner Convertible.
The 2022 event raised enough money to purchase 400 brand new coats. This October, Michaela and Lansdale Auto Group owners- Jay Haenn and Geoff Haenn, will deliver those coats to the local Boys and Girls Club. The All Mopar Show has been called, the best Mopar show in the area. Lansdale Auto Group, Michaela, and their dedicated team of volunteers do not take those word lightly and are already hard at work planning for next year. The 8th Annual All Mopar Show is scheduled for June 25, 2023.
