Trick Flow R-Series Big Block Mopar Intake Manifold Coming In 2023

The Trick Flow Power Port 270 cylinder heads have been a huge seller for Trick Flow and customers have been very happy with their performance. What Trick Flow was lacking, was a capable intake for big cubic inch 440 based motors. Well, the wait is over and Trick Flow has released the new R-Series intake manifold for Mopar 440 engines.

Trick Flow listened to the customer demand and designed the R-Series intake manifold to be an ultra-performance manifold for big cubic inch engines making high horsepower. It is designed specifically for cylinder heads with a minimum of 270cc intake runners mounted on Mopar 440-based engines and works best in the 3,500-7,500+ RPM range.

The key to the manifold’s high power production is the one-piece single plane, spider-type design with raised plenum floor and 6.375″ overall height. To keep weight low, the R-Series intake is made from lightweight yet strong A319 aluminum.

Nitrous users will be happy to find integral bosses that can be drilled and tapped for nozzles. Other builders will be glad that Trick Flow left enough meat around the runner openings to perform custom port work.

When it comes to mounting a carburetor, you’ll find that Trick Flow wisely machined on a Holley 4500-style mounting flange for maximum performance potential.

Trick Flow’s new R-Series intake manifold for Mopar is due to hit the shelves during the first quarter of 2023. The R-Series intake manifold will be a game changer for sure. Now if we can just get them to make one for the low deck engines.
