Video: A Look Into The Newest HP Tuners MPVI3 Diagnostics And Calibration Tool

When it comes to modern cars and engines, trying to diagnose a problem or tune a fuel injected engine takes some help. With a plethora of tuners and diagnostic tools on the market, it can get quite confusing real quick. You might find a tuner for one vehicle, but the problem is most tuners are locked to that specific vehicle and can not be reused.

When you sell that vehicle or buy an additional vehicle, you have have to purchase another tuner. HP Tuners has fixed this issue by introducing the MPVI and VCM Suite years ago. Since then they have continued to improve both to make diagnosing and calibrating your vehicles easier.

The introduction of the MPVI allowed a user to tune multiple vehicles with the same tool. HP Tuners uses a credit system for the MPVI and allows a single user to purchase one time credits for the vehicle they are diagnosing and/or calibrating. When the user switches vehicles, then they just need to purchase new credits, but they can still use the same MPVI tool.

HP Tuners has recently introduced the MPVI3, which is the latest version of their diagnostic and calibration tool. HP Tuners has made multiple changes to each new version of their tool. Although the MPVI3 is going to be the most compact, more feature rich and fastest, the older MPVI and MPVI2 are not obsolete.

The video below goes more in depth on the new MPVI3 and the newest VCM Suite software from HP Tuners.
