Carl's is an incredible Cinderella story. Virtually unknown, Carl came out of nowhere, a former greenskeeper, who jumped ship in Hong Kong making his way to Tibet, eventually reaching the Himalayas. Returning back to the States, he resides near Augusta, Georgia working for Directly Connected Magazine. So he's got that goin' for him, which is nice.
