Many of us joke, “which crowd is more anal? The Mopar guys or the Corvette guys.” While this author has some stories to share regarding the latter that should definitively earn them the top spot, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more stringent subgroup than the street Hemi crowd.

When it comes to getting parts that are just like Ma Mopar made these guys are insanely hard to please, and for good reason. Factory-equipped Hemi cars fetch a king’s ransom even in today’s fiscal market. So when incredibly hard-to-find items become even more scarce, tempers tend to flare up.

In a Facebook post published a short while ago (as of this writing), Mancini Racing stated, “Street HEMI Exhaust Manifolds are cast and being machined as we speak. They’ll be coming back in stock and available in production raw cast iron or ceramic finish, order yours today before they go on backorder again!”

These exhaust manifolds – whether in cast iron or ceramic coated – have been on the backorder list for some time now, so acting quickly has never been more understated. If you’ve got a factory elephant-equipped Mopar or are building a near-perfect clone, you need to call up Mancini Racing immediately.
