Hughes Engines Tech Center: Wedge World News Debuts

Dave Hughes and his cup of Chrysler know-how continues to runneth over. But now it’s even easier to get a sip of that sweet piston-slapping wisdom via Hughes Engines’ brand-new Wedge World News articles.

Similar to their former catalog of technical center editorials which covered myriad topics in both short and long form, Wedge World News is already on its third installment and proving to be just as informative.

Of course, Mr. Hughes’ wheelhouse is going to be camshaft science, but it looks like they’re starting out with a couple of softballs to get the wheels spinning. Keep an eye on the fresh landing page for the latest updates.

In their own words, Wedge World News is planned to be:

Dedicated to bringing news and truth to wonderful world of Mopar wedge engines. Welcome to the first issue of Wedge World News. Our goal is to help our customers to understand the issue they might have to deal with when working on Mopar wedge engines. These include 318 LA, 5.2 Magnum, 340 and 360 LA, 5.9 Magnum, 383, 400, 413 and 440 engines.

Note: These are ENGINES; they are not “motors” that you plug into the wall at night!!

There is too much misinformation and rumors being reported and that does nothing but frustrate folks. We want you to enjoy working on and owning a Mopar and make rewarding modifications.
