Proform Slim-Fit Radiators Unveiled At SEMA ’18

No one likes pulling up to a stoplight and nervously monitoring the temperature gauge as it creeps up…and up…and up. As the needle marches it’s way to the land of warped heads and puked coolant, the engine starts to stutter, and sweat begins to moisten your brow. Too many times, the cooling system is an afterthought in a build, even though it can lead to the damage of everything you’ve worked so hard to put together.

Proform Parts can keep your beast’s heat at bay with their Slim-Fit Integrated Radiator. With this new product, gone are the days of worrying about mechanical fan clutches, radiator thicknesses, and fan clearance. This revolutionary radiator is the thinnest radiator/shroud/fan combination in its class at under 5 inches thick.

The TIG-welded aluminum construction means its both lightweight and corrosion-resistant. Perhaps the most radical feature is the unique core, specially designed for the fan motor to fit within the radiator core instead of sticking out towards the engine. All of that innovation culminated in Proform being named a Global Media Awards winner at SEMA 2018.

Every Slim-Fit Integrated Radiator includes an aluminum shroud, electric fan with adjustable thermostat, wiring harness, and a radiator cap. Mopar applications with automatic transmissions use part number 69695.1, while manual transmissions can use 69695.2. The difference is that the automatic versions have an integrated 5-plate transmission cooler. Both are rated to be used with engines up to 500 horsepower.
