“To all good things there comes an end,” and with today’s final tour stop so concludes the 2016 Hot Rod Power Tour. It’s been a long haul of thousands of miles, several more awesome American muscle cars and nearly as many breakdowns (but we won’t talk about those here). Sure, spiking humidity, escalating temperatures, lots of “road food” and one too many nights in motels and taken its toll on this year’s Long Haulers, but it’s all about making memories, right?

That being said, Hot Rod Power Tour sponsors American Powertrain have not only been traveling the entirety of the tour, but photo documenting their adventures via their official Facebook page. From a smattering of food and diner pics, to endless shots of super cool cars, the American Powertrain crew have effectively recorded a live diary from the Power Tour better than any official media trying to do the same thing.

While we at Mopar Connection regret that we weren’t ready to tackle the ‘Tour ourselves (at least this year. We have high hopes for next year), we’ve been enjoying American Powertrain’s reporting over the past week, several times a day. So if you’re wishing you could’ve gone like we do, or are on the ‘Tour and are looking to see what other folks are up to, then skip on over to APT’s Facebook gallery HERE.
